Fuji Electric Announces Launch of Ultra Sonic Flow Meter for Steam.
“Fuji Electric India Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce the launch of our new Clamp-on type Ultrasonic Flow Meter for Saturated Steam now available for shipment. The FSJ/FSX series demonstrates Fuji Electric’s EMS (Energy Management Solution) by “Visualization”, “Recognition” and “Optimization”.
Fuji Electric designed the FSJ/FSX series ultrasonic flow meters for Saturated steam with effective energy measurement without pressure loss. It installs easily without the need of stopping the process or cutting pipe, measures very low flow rates down to zero, utilizes noise eliminating frame to ensure accurate measurements without interference and offers less maintenance costs due to no moving parts. “The new Ultrasonic Flow Meter for Steam was developed with high-sensitivity and new noise reduction technologies to allow us to measure saturated steam flow rate at very low pressures from 0,1 to 0.9 MPag and high-temperatures up to 180 degrees celsius. Mass Flow rates can also be calculated by known density or from outside pressure and temperature input.
The new series of ultrasonic flow meters for steam join the current product lines of ultrasonic flow meters for fluids and air all designed with efficiency and optimization offering accurate measuring.

The FWD series demonstrates Fuji Electric’s EMS (Energy Management Solution) by “Visualization”, “Recognition” and “Optimization”. Product is an ideal tool for proper management of Compressed air. FWD is capable of converting into NORMAL Flow Rate by means of built-in pressure sensor.
Fuji Electric designed the FWD series ultrasonic flow meters for Compressed Air Application with effective energy measurement without pressure loss for pipe size from φ25ｍｍ〜φ200ｍｍ with wide rangeability of 1:60. As Air Flowmeter it is ideal for management of the operating load rate of the compressor, management of the amount of the used air in the factory and detecting of the air leakage in the factory. It is a flow instrument which is applicable to the energy-saving field by measurement of a compressor air to ensure accurate measurements and offers less maintenance costs due to no moving parts. Auxiliary Power requirement in case output signal is required is 2W DC24 ±10％V and in case of display only (no output signal required), then it is through Internal battery drive with ten-year operation (no need of power source installation work).
